As a supplement claims adjuster on our Home & Property team, you’ll manage the coverage and damage analysis of supplement property (homeowners) claims. Handling claims from start to finish, you’ll support customer needs while ensuring swift resolution. You’ll also use negotiation skills to interact with customers, insurance carriers and others.
This is a remote position.
Duties & responsibilities

Determine insurance coverage and extent of company liability

Examine and interpret policies, forms in force and other records

Approve and adjust estimates of damage and loss amounts

Estimate repair cost, replacement or compensation using Xactimate
Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of two years first party property claims handling experience

Instead of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of three years first party property claims handling experience
Compensation
- $61,400 to $75,100 annually based on experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
Schedule: Monday - Friday with flexibility to work evenings and weekends based upon business need
