We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including tenant and maintenance requests. You will act as the senior manager and supervise all relevant personnel.

Responsibilities:

· Work with Director of Leasing and Leasing Agents to review applications

· Educate tenants during move-in on property policies

· Investigate and resolve tenant complaints

· Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion

· Ensure property meets budgeted occupancy

· Ensure rents are collected and minimize late payments

· Ensure property is always very well maintained

· Supervise and train property staff

· Enforce property rules and regulations

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in property management or other related fields

· Familiarity with real estate leases

· Ability to build rapport with tenants

· Ability to multitask and prioritize

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent customer service

· Appfolio experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
