Canvassing/Proximity Marketing Managers are the leaders of our Proximity Marketing team. We are looking for a well-spoken, energetic, and confident individual who can lead a team by example when generating outside sales leads. Our Proximity Marketing team goes door-to-door, meeting with hundreds of homeowners and generating leads by offering appointments for our sales team to provide a free in-home consultation. This is a full-time marketing and sales position with growth opportunities available.

THE ROLE – What you’ll be doing

• Vigorously and diligently work to generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in our North Georgia/Atlanta Metro territory, generating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Proximity Marketing Program
• Transport self to assigned territory and work independently to while always representing Renewal by Andersen with the utmost degree of professionalism.
• Manage a team of outside sales canvassers/proximity agents.
• Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.
• Report to our office in Norcross for training at least once a month.
