We offer our psychometrists:

• flexible hours; make your own schedule
• dedicated locations with testing kits and materials on site
• the support of our testing team - both clinical and administrative
• supervision of evaluations by an experienced licensed psychologists
• training for additional tests typically used in the practice

Requirements:

• License not required, but prior training in test batteries is required.
• Must have training/experience in WAIS, WISC, and/or WPPSI and WRAT/WIAT, MMPI. preferred.
• Prefer training/experience in ADOS but not mandatory to start

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a mental health field preferred but not required if experience matches.

Skills and Competencies:

• desire to grow in clinical skill and competency
• ability to work independently with a willingness to seek help as needed for clinical and administrative concerns
• collaborate with administrative staff and billing service
• effective communication and the ability to voice ideas and concerns to Clinical Directors/Owners
• demonstrate respect for ethical codes
