PT Assistant Manager Job at WPL Associates
Local property management company looking to fill a PT (3 day/wk) Assistant Manager position at a 120 unit Conventional Apartment Community in Gresham - Bristol Woods Apartments.
Duties include, but are not limited to: touring prospects, leasing apartments, assisting with application and move in paperwork, walking vacant units, communicating with residents and office staff, occasional trash pick up, assisting with marketing, writing and issuing resident memos and notices.
PREVIOUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED. Must have basic computer skills & knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have a great attitude, be a quick learner and great attendance history. We will train you on the rest!
Weekly Schedule: 24 Hours per Week: Thursday, Friday & Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm. Additional hours may be requested to cover the office for sickness, vacation and/or manager meetings.
On-site living is preferred and a *generous* rent discount will be given for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment.
