We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre and are seeking a qualified Teachers to join our Pure Barre Jupiter, Pure Barre West Boca, Pure Barre Palm Beach Gardens, Pure Barre Boynton Beach, Pure Barre Pembroke Pines, and Pure Barre Weston families. We are seeking someone who knows that Pure Barre is more than just a workout; it is a way of life!!!! This is a perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis to create a supportive and meaningful community. Prior knowledge of the brand is a plus, but is not required. A background in dance, cheerleading, gymnastics or fitness is helpful, but also not required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Availability to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week (classes are offered early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Confidently lead a room of 20+ people are a Must
• Diligent planning and preparation before each class, including diligent study of choreography and class planning prior to each class, as well as learning full choreography changes on a quarterly basis
• Ability to lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high-energy for 50-minute class is REQUIRED
• Dependable with strong work ethics
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
• Musicality; ability to keep rhythm and count to the beat of music
• All instructors are required to complete a 4-day training at one of our corporate training centers/Virtual, as well as significant ‘at home’ study and preparation for certification before being eligible to teach classes. Minimum of one-year commitment to teaching before attending 4-day training.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITY

• Building client relationships through outstanding customer service
• Maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment
• Resetting the studio at the end of your classes
• Assist the studio’s Sale Ambassadors with the sale of memberships
• Build studio revenue by promoting retail and membership sales, and services
• Periodically make yourself available to cover gaps in schedule
• Adhere to the rules and procedures set by Pure Barre and the studio
• Arrive on time for your classes
• Any other duties deemed appropriate by owners/managers
