We have an exciting, essential role for a Group Leader to manage PSS teams supporting cell culture on a client site in the Framingham, MA area. This Group Leader will need to wear many hats and is expected to assist staff in cell culture to meet the client timelines. Your team will support the development, scale-up, testing and tech transfer of numerous processes and modalities on our client site.

• This is group leader position. B.S., 4-6 years of experience or M.S., 2-3 years of experience or Ph.D 0-2 years of experience plus leadership experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working in upstream cell culture
• Experience maintaining and managing lab-based equipment (including coordinating with vendor-supported maintenance per schedule)
• Experience with set-up and maintenance of small scale and pilot scale bioreactors
• Experience in a leadership role and managing 4-6 people
• Experience developing and managing schedules
• Experience or knowledge of ELN
• Experience building single use bioreactors
• Tech transfer experience
• Effective communication skills
• Client service oriented
• Experience establishing and monitoring KPIs and metrics
• Proficiency with online acquisition software and Excel
