YOUR LIFE AS A QUALITY ANALYST

As a Quality Analyst with our human services nonprofit, you start your day by diving into the nitty-gritty of our internal systems, reports, operations, and procedures. With your eagle eye for detail, you analyze every aspect of our organization's services, outputs, and performance to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. In this production team role, you are the go-to person for collecting and reviewing internal audit data, making recommendations for improvements, and collaborating with our program leads to develop quality standards and best practices that respond to both internal and external audits.

As a true data guru in this quality assurance position, you design and administer program needs assessments, analyze the results, and report them to management. You use this information to create instruments and tools that measure and assess the impact of our systems, policies, and protocols on operational efficiencies and production program effectiveness. We know you love getting feedback, so one of the most rewarding aspects of your job with our human services nonprofit is analyzing participant satisfaction surveys to gain insights into their experiences. With a caring heart, you take great care to understand their perspectives and use this information to enhance our human services nonprofit's services.

SCHEDULE FOR A QUALITY ANALYST

This is a full-time analyst position with our human services nonprofit, and the hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but hours are to be determined by your supervisor. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel in the production analyst role is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, public administration, human resources development, or a related field of study
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in social services, public health, or workforce development setting
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent group presentation skills
  • Covid - 19 vaccination

We would love for this quality analyst to have a Master's degree. Being bilingual (English Spanish) is preferred. We need this team player to be an exceptional verbal and written communicator. This role with our human services nonprofit requires patience and a love of service.
