EMSL Analytical, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Quality Assurance Manager at our corporate office located in Cinnaminson, NJ. This position will be responsible for managing Quality Assurance responsibilities and overseeing the accreditation program for the Laboratories in EMSL's network.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with QA/QC functions for laboratory, including ensuring that all QC procedures are performed at the required frequencies.
Collect and maintain all QC data for reporting to the laboratory manager and National QA Director
Oversee the QC program,
This position is responsible for laboratory compliance with all standard policies.
Ensures that all QC is being performed by the analyst(s)
Aide in document control
Perform periodic reviews of final data reports
Perform root cause analysis and corrective action reports review
Track personnel training, and administer training to personnel when needed
Perform internal audits in the branch laboratories
Assist branch laboratories when required.
Assist and oversee corporate QA functions related to accreditations, quarterly reports, analyst demonstration of capabilities and certifications, etc.
Supervise the initial/routine accreditations
Be a point of contact for QA Administrative staff questions to ensure accreditations are on time and accurate

Requirements:
BS in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology or related field required.
One to Three years of laboratory Quality Control or quality assurance experience.
Must be experienced with Excel and Word.
Must be well organized and detail oriented.
Mathematical or statistical knowledge or background is a plus.
2 plus years quality control /quality assurance experience following the ISO: IEC 17025 in a laboratory setting preferred.
Familiarity with AIHA, A2LA or TNI state standards and accreditation programs a plus and desired.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to work independently and with a team.

Available Shift:
Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
