This role reports to the Director of Quality and will look for candidates with the following characteristics:

• You’re a leader: You will be responsible for all quality management processes at our plant, by leading and motivating operators in all areas including loss management, quality, and continuous improvement. Moreover, you will be driving the Framebridge Quality Culture to reduce losses and ensure the highest standards of Quality are realized.
• You love to win, and have fun doing it: You must have a passion to win by providing superior products to the market on-time and in full. You are someone who is never satisfied with the status quo and strives to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale daily.
• You’re a changemaker: You think outside the box to deliver for the business. You adopt digital ways of working and look for creative solutions to complex problems.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business.
• 3-5 years’ supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment preferably with Quality experience.
• Effectively lead, coach, and motivate team members in an autonomous team environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems, strong analytical and technical thought process.
• Strong digital capabilities and an eye for automation as an efficiency driver.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective presentation skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Member of American Society of Quality (ASQ).
• Experience with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
• Certified Black Belt or Lean Master.
