Position Title: Quality Inspection Associate

Location: Nashville, TN

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available

What does a successful Quality Inspection Associate do?

As a Fiserv Inspection Associate, we will train you to complete inspection tasks in an efficient and timely manner to assure required production specifications and quality.

What you will do:

• Perform in-process and final visual, dimensional, and technical inspections
• Evaluate reasons for defects; mark and sort rework and prepare non-conformance reports
• Use PC to perform data entry and process work-related transactions
• Utilize and/or operate material moving equipment, carts, etc. and use inspection tools, including hand tools and precision devices
• Respond to equipment troubleshooting to resolve machine and job-related problems
• Work with associates in team effort to further company goals concerning productivity, safety, quality, and Continuous Improvement initiatives

What you will need to have:

• Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
• Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation)
• Ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift between 20 to 30 pounds

What would be great to have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 12+ months quality assurance and/or fast paced inspection and production related experience
