Advantage Resourcing has an outstanding Temp-to-Hire opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to fill a Quality Control Technician position in Greenville, AL, with an automobile component manufacturing company that produces sustainable and innovative automobile parts for top-tier companies.
Pay: $12.00/hr.
Hours: 2-month rotating schedule, Monday - Saturday, 6:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. or 6:00 P.M. - 6:00 A.M.
Job tasks include performing quality inspections for defects or discrepancies in the production process and collaborating with teams to address quality issues. The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, quality control/inspection-related experience, excellent communication, organizational, attention-to-detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
