We have immediate openings at an Anodizing factory in Fort Wayne. Anodizing is a process that applies a coating to products. Rackers will be hanging small, aluminum, and metal parts onto racks to dry. Rackers also pack them into a box. All of the parts you will be racking can fit into the palm of your hand. Positions are temp-to-hire along with weekly pay
2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am, Monday-Friday.

Job Details
- Perform racking and packing duties within a team and with a partner. Experience as a packer at Amazon, Walmart, or other Warehouses preferred.
- Be able to stand 8 hours a day and have manual dexterity to grab small pieces.
- Take finished aluminum products off a rack and pack into a box.
- Perform the anodizing process, by dipping the product into a liquid, become familiar with necessary precautions.
- No GED/HS Diploma required, must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Position has opportunity for direct hire after 90 days and weekly pay.
