Radiology Student Job at Bon Secours
I. PRIMARY FUNCTION/GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The primary responsibility of this position is to perform simple technical procedures and to apply ionizing radiation for a radiological diagnosis under the supervision of a technologist. Also, the position includes receptionist, file clerk and transporting responsibilities.
II. EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Requires a high school level of knowledge in order to utilize a computer (CRT), filing systems and to effectively communicate with people
2. Acquires knowledge through on-the-job training and structured classes in the School of Radiologic Sciences
3. Work requires ability to process order/request slips and handle varied clerical details, including computer entry skills
