Nissan of Auburn is looking for motivated and experienced candidates for a Full-Time Service Advisor. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to succeed and grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly greet customers to learn how we can best serve them today
- Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Manage and oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule.
- Schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
- Consult with mechanics to determine the best repair options for our customers, and communicate ordering of parts to customer
- Use your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options. Advise on warranty and trade-in options
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sales experience
- Weekend Availability
Preferred qualities:
- 1 or more year of experience in the automotive field
- Proficiency with industry-specific software (CDK/Wi-Advisor)

Paid Time Off:
- All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
- Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.
Commission Pay: $50K-$110K+ Annually
