Compensation:

$70,000+ Commission Based

Responsibilities:

  • Become a master at closing Real Estate transactions
  • Participate in weekly team training
  • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year
  • Effectively communicate with management and team members
  • Able to handle, track, and close several contracts per month
  • Join the company’s culture of synergy by participating in huddles, team meetings, and outings to build a sense of camaraderie with other agents

Qualifications:

  • Active Real Estate License with a minimum of 3 real estate transactions required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Must be seriously motivated and hardworking
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven track record of success in Real Estate sales
