Our Federal Way office is looking for a professional Real Estate Salesperson to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Salesperson responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
- Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Requirements
- Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school. If you are not licensed check out our real estate school. Use WC30 for 30% off.
- Proven track record of sales is plus
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
- Trustworthy and results-driven
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be 18+
