We are looking for a Receiving Inspector who has 1-3 years of experience to join our Quality Department.

Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday with overtime opportunities

Pay Rate: $22.00-28.00 per hour, Depending on Experience

CORE SKILLS

• Perform Receiving Inspection of Work-In-Process (WIP).
• Operate Forklift to aid in loading and unloading product and to move raw materials to and from storage and production areas
• Receive purchase orders for S&H products from Vendors
• Properly record the receipt on the Work Order document and in MAP
• Compare the Vendor’s shipper / certificate with our purchase order requirement
• Take measurements of S&H products using calibrated equipment to verify conformance of product to blueprint / purchase order requirements.
• Advance WIP to the next operation in MAP after receipt.
• Request corrected certifications from vendors as needed.
• Assist with engaging and visiting suppliers on Quality Issues as needed.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Years of Experience: 1-3 Years

Type of Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.).1-3 years of related experience and/or training in aerospace mechanical inspection; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
