How you will spend your day as an Receptionist:

• Assist customers (homeowners, contractors, etc.) on the telephone efficiently and discretely
• Answer a large number of incoming calls for all departments and transfer to appropriate team member
• General office tasks such as ordering office supplies and business cards, creating fliers, mailings, newspaper and magazine ads, etc.
• Assist location manager and accounting department in a myriad of tasks including mailing checks, filing tickets, etc.
• Print blueprints for contractors and maintain blueprint machine by ordering supplies and maintenance

Receptionist Requirements:

• Experience. At least 1-2 years relatable experience preferred
• Special Skills. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Teamwork. Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellence. Must have an excellent work ethic
