Job responsibilites:
- Calling on referrals
- Scheduling appointments
- Send initial paperwork via email to future patients
- Send faxes, scan and file
- Help patients at the front desk
- Answer and redirect phone calls
Job type: Part time
Salary: $17 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Afternoon shift. 4-5 hours per day depending on work load. Coverage for morning shift may be needed at times. Coverage may be needed at one of our other locations in the Salt Lake Valley.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
