Receptionist/Calendar Clerk Job at Legion Law Group, Inc.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • First point of contact for clients and visitors;
  • Answering phone calls in professional manner;
  • Initial intake of potential clients
  • Manage and maintain firm calendar, including;
  • Enter DOR's received and new hearing dates into calendar;
  • Notify and remind clients of scheduled court hearing and depositions;
  • Schedule interpreters for upcoming hearings, trial and deposition preparation, as needed;
  • Schedule doctor cross examinations and court reporters;
  • Serve Notice of Hearings, minutes of hearing, orders, and any other pertinent documents as ordered by the court;
  • Prepare and send 5710 fee billing correspondence;
  • E-File AAC’s, Amendments to Claim, Change of Address, DOR’s and other forms as needed;
  • Send Deposition Transcripts to Clients
  • Upload electronic records from disk to Client file
  • Scan all incoming mail;
  • Monitor office supplies;
  • Prepare conference room for mediations, depositions, etc.
  • Operate office equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed;
  • Prepare correspondence and other documents as requested;
  • Perform other duties as required

Competencies/Skills:

  • Punctual and reliable;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent people and customer service skills verbal and written communication;
  • Strong organizational and clerical skills;
  • Basic Knowledge of Workers' Compensation laws and procedures;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Work, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
