Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Receptionist/ Scheduler in our Imaging Department, you will be joining a team that hasa passion for creating positive patient interactions and a dedication to caring for the multi-faceted wellness of those we serve. In this role:

• You will represent the Imaging team by interacting in a professional and friendly manner with patients and other customers.

• You will perform responsibilities include accurately determining what appointments are needed and assuring that they are booked correctly.

• You will provide timely, courteous and professional service to patients and customers of both the Diagnostic Imaging department and the department of Surgical Services.
• You will obtain and maintain complete written orders prior to a patient’s arrival and assures that all patients are treated within a timely manner.
• You will ensure the accurate maintenance of all patient records within the department.

• You will promote and exhibit a positive attitude and representation of the departments and hospital.

• You will perform all assigned duties by the Radiology Supervisor, Assistant Director or Director of Diagnostic Imaging.

What qualifications you will need:

• Preferred customer service experience.
• Must have excellent telephone skills, etiquette and communicate in a professional manner.
• Experience with computers required.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and organizational skills.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
