We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced part-time recruiter to join our team remotely. As a remote recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and hiring top talent for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening and assessments of candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit our company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and the hiring process in our applicant tracking system.
- Participate in other recruiting-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a remote work setting.
- Strong understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle and experience using various sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, with availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
