Kamco Supply is currently seeking a career-minded, detail-oriented individual as a full-time Recruiter in our Coporate office located in Woburn, Ma.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
- Work with HR Team in implementing recruiting strategies
- Maintain advertisement for all open positions utilizing HRIS system
- Work with hiring managers to fill vacancies using recruitment process
- Assist in screening candidates; participate in initial interviews
- Complete all required vetting of potential candidates
Onboarding:
- Work with managers to onboard all new hires
- Create appropriate files as needed based on position, DOT/CDL/Medical files
- Attend weekly on-boarding meetings for Operations Training
- Communicate employer benefits and company information to new hires
- Be the primary contact for the first 90 days
- Assign all necessary trainings
Training:
- Implement Learning Management System
- Assign all trainings as required for new hires and annual trainings
- Run reports as needed on all company trainings; work with managers in setting up new trainings.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Familiarity with Social Media Advertising and HR tracking database systems; iSolved experience a plus.
- Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures.
Education and/or Experience:
Position requires a college degree, Bachelor's preferred, with experience in an HR-related Field, some experience with Payroll is a plus.
Salary: Commensurate with experience. Range $60,000 - $85,000
