Locate Staffing is recruiting for an Staffing Specialist for our Sheboygan office location. We are looking for individuals that are enthusiastic and want to grow with our company. In this fast-paced full time position, you will have the opportunity to impact all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify candidates for our clients, conducting interviews and orientations
- Skills testing candidates and screening to ensure the best qualified applicants are matched to the positions that suit them.
- Entering job order and applicant information into our database daily
- Maintaining employee files and correspondence with clients and employees
- Recruiting, answering phones and managing walk-in applicants
- Confirmations of daily assignments
- Onsite check-in and reporting capabilities at client location
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule 7am – 5pm
- Must have computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent telephone and people skills are a must
- Must have the ability to work well in a team environment
- Staffing/Services experience is a plus
