You will mainly be required to perform a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, provide clerical support to the HR department, and recruit on a full-cycle basis in support of a diverse group of positions. Your responsibilities

• Making internal recommendations
• Conducting interviews
• Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
• Backing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
• Writing and posting job opportunity advertisements
• Supervising various administrative duties
• Optimizing digital recruiting resources
• Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
• You will do well in this position if you are highly professional, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
• Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
• Solid understanding of Recruiting Activities
• Interviewing experience preferred
• Experience with Sourcing
• Interviewing experience
• Recruiting Sources experience
• You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
