DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates in the fields of Software Engineering, Product Design, Enterprise Applications, Business Analysis, Cyber Security, Systems Administration, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering
  • Review and analyze job requirements and create detailed job descriptions and postings on relevant job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Leverage a variety of recruitment tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Utilize technical expertise to effectively screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each candidate's skills and qualifications
  • Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals, fostering long-term relationships and encouraging referrals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand their hiring needs, provide candidate feedback, and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Focus on continuously improving the candidate experience by maintaining open communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing any concerns
  • Work closely with technical teams to gather interview feedback, identify areas for improvement, and maintain a high standard of technology recruiting practices
  • Attend relevant industry events, meetups, and conferences to network with technical professionals and promote the STIIIZY brand & technology
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:


  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand complex concepts, enabling effective candidate screening and evaluation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and job boards
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and market conditions
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive candidate and client information

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on the required domains (Software Engineering, Product Design, Enterprise Applications, Business Analysis, Cyber Security, Systems Administration, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering)
