Employees work where needed, at a city site and/or in the field at least three days a week and telecommute remotely at a designated workplace within the State of Colorado the remaining days.

).
The Office of Human Resources is hiring for Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor and will lead and execute full-cycle recruitment and selection processes for a wide variety of levels and functional areas in agencies across the City of Denver.
We are looking for candidates who are committed to attracting great, diverse talent to the City and who are excited about building thriving teams that serve all of Denver’s residents. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment and selection strategies for vacancies across a wide variety of levels and functional areas in alignment with workforce priorities and goals, and the City’s commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion

Provide strategic thought partnership to hiring managers and teams on candidate profile development, recruitment strategies, interviewing, evaluating and selecting candidates, and offers

Develop and engage high quality, diverse pipelines of candidates by leveraging a variety of sourcing strategies to attract talent

Create an accessible and exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

Successfully navigate and manage multiple priorities across requisitions to ensure strong operations and client service

Collaborate with immediate team to continuously improve how we attract, cultivate and identify high-quality, diverse talent to the City of Denver

Ensure accurate recordkeeping and that all phases of recruitment and selection comply with applicable regulations and City policies

Our ideal candidate will:

Have a deep commitment to attracting and hiring diverse talent, including the ability to learn and leverage equity-centered full-cycle recruitment processes

Have demonstrated experience developing and engaging strong pipelines of talent using a variety of sourcing strategies including social media, internet sourcing and networking

Leverage strong project management and organizational skills and systems to provide superior client and candidate support
-
Invest and influence hiring managers, agency leaders and other stakeholders in best practice practices for attracting, cultivating, and selecting high-quality talent for open positions

Connect daily decisions to the larger talent priorities and goals of OHR, agencies and the City’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion

Have experience with Workday Recruiting (preferred); proficiency with Excel and LinkedIn Recruiter

Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

Experience Requirement: Two (2) years of experience in a recruiting environment

Education/Experience Equivalency: One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post-high school education
