Recruiting Coordinator Job at OLS
We are currently looking for a motivated go-getter to join our team and grow with us! The right candidates will be available for a set afternoon/evening schedule. The position requires the individual to support and assist with the recruiting and vetting of potential driver applicants.
In this role you will:
Monitor system for new applicants, contact potential candidates for initial screening and perform initial interviews to exclude non-qualified candidates
Process applications to qualify potential employees within hiring standards and assign to appropriate office once qualified
Understand and follow requirements to process and qualify applicants according to FMCSR, DOT and Company standards.
Create/Maintain spreadsheet(s) to track results.
Keep in constant communication with branch office contacts and management regarding status for stages of recruiting.
To succeed in this role you must have:
2+ years of customer service/call center experience
Prior Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system
Self-motivation to work independently as well as part of a team
Superior organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast paced environment
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Prior knowledge/experience with driver recruiting is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
