A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGIONAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

As a Regional Maintenance Technician, you are the face of our company to our clients. Your job is to do maintenance, repairs, and remodeling of retail facilities throughout the region, determine if repairs are necessary, and ensure that the needed work gets done. In your line of work, each day is a new adventure! You spend many of them traveling throughout the territory, using your keen eye for detail and your mad skills as a handyman to pinpoint problems and fix them!

As you visit a facility, your top priority is to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Personable and friendly, you enjoy interacting with them and ensuring that their places of business remain in pristine shape. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REGIONAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time
• Ability to work jobs off-hours and weekends when needed
• Strong handyman skills
• Patching and painting experience a must
• Basic mechanical aptitude & carpentry
• Plumbing and electrical experience is a plus
