AmeriWound REGIONAL MANAGER for NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
The AmeriWound Regional Manager (RM) for Nortern California and must currently reside in or proximate to the Northern California Bay Area. The Norhern California RM is a helathcare “sales closer” and leader with strong account management, relational skills and prior healthcare experience. The Regional Manager is able to address and solve SNF client and wound physician problems as they arise, resolve challenges, and meet tight deadlines.The RM will effectively service SNF clients and implement company operational processes that solve SNF and wound physician issues and challenges. Only Northern California residents will be considered for this opportunity.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the territory operations leader dealing with various SNF client and prospective client needs, issues, and challenges.
- Close SNF sales and follow through on multiple SNF contractual and operational issues in a defined territory.
- Regularly contact/visit SNF’s, and other long-term care settings to obtain new contracts for AmeriWound affiliated providers.
- Regularly meet with territory contracted SNF Administrators, Medical Directors and Nursing Directors to review and discuss existing arrangements, performance, challenges and areas of opportunity.
- Develop new SNF business arrangements for territory.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual SNF business development calls and SNF contract closing targets.
- Collaborate and coordinate with AmeriWound providers and staff.
- Coordinate, analyze and report territory operational performance to senior leadership.
Specific Weekly/Monthly Expectations
- Present to SNF management, staff and clinicians and closing sales.
- Participate in and contribute to company calls and talent development sessions.
- Communicate weekly updates regarding the progress of achieving goals and objectives.
- Maintain profitable region, managing expenses within budgeted expectations.
Position Preferences and Requirements
- Lives in or proximate to the Bay Area in Northern California
- Prior healthcare sales, business development and operations experience.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to regularly close sales and integrate AmeriWound physician wound care
- Ability to lead field operations and service multiple facilities
- Ability to effectively develop and maintain high level relationships with SNFs leading to closing sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Client and Territory Management experience
- Strong healthcare Provider, Patient, and Facility Customer Relations skills
- Ability to manage diverse processes simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
