Regional Onboarding Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• 2+years of experience in Human Resources within a nursing center or healthcare setting required.
• Multi-site healthcare facility experience required.
• Establish relationships with staffing agencies, schools, and resources within the community.
• Supports scheduler and human resource departments at several facilities.
• Handle labor relations inquiries related to policies and procedures for multiple facilities.
• Collaborate staffing requirements with hiring managers at the facilities.
• Full cycle recruitment.
• Onboard and train new HR and Staffing Coordinators.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience overseeing multiple healthcare facilities is essential.
• Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
• Payroll experience required.
• Human Resource experience needed.
• Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multi-task.
• Full COVID vaccination, including booster, is required.
