Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Tri-Cities Region. This includes; Kingsport, Johnson City, Bristol, Morristown, and Elizabethton.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee the sales and operations of our company's locations in the Tri-Cities, TN region. The Regional Sales Manager will lead the sales team and ensure all sales goals and objectives are met or exceeded. The successful candidate will be based in the Tri-Cities area and must travel to assigned various locations at least once a week to ensure that sales strategies are being implemented effectively and the stores are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability across all locations in the region.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the sales team to ensure high levels of productivity, effectiveness, and engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management on performance and progress.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure that thesales team is up to date on new products, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained across all locations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Travel biweekly to Knoxville to make bank deposits.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure the seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with other regional managers for meetings, events, and encouraging team.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams to success.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations in the region as required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.25 - $16.00 per hour
