Buckeye Home Health Care of Cincinnati is seeking a full-time RN for the Lebanon, Mason, Morrow, and Maineville area.

• Work with the physician for medication needs and changes to the plan of care.
• Manage other disciplines such LPNs, aides, therapy staff to give the best care needed for each patient.
• Ability to complete OASIS, recert, d/c, ROCs documentations within an EMR system
• Help decrease the need for re-hospitalization by being actively involved in the patient's plan of care to assess any changes that may be needed.
• Attend orientation, meetings and CEUs,

Requirements

• RNs must have current RN Ohio license in good standing.
• Reliable auto and current auto insurance.
• Current CPR.
• RNs Solid understanding of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines as it applies to Home Health

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
