Location: - Plano TX (Remote)
Job Description:
Key Skills or Experience RequiredYears of Experience
- 15 or more years’ experience(not mandatory) in IT or computer science including strong experience in application architecture and infrastructure
- Ten or more years’ experience in application development or architecture
- Five or more years’ experience in operations or DevOps
Mandatory ‘Technical’ Skills * Strong programing and engineering skills
- Strong scripting and automation skills
- Deep and broad knowledge of infrastructure
- IaaS and PaaS experience – AWS and/or Azure
- Experience with a wide array of monitoring and/or orchestration tools
Mandatory ‘Non-Technical’ Skills * The ability to work well in a collaborative, geographically distributed environment
- Exceptional analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Expertise in influencing distributed teams in a large corporate environment
Differentiating Competencies * Significant experience in service reliability and/or root cause analysis
- Significant application and infrastructure architecture experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- AWS or Azure: 5 years (Preferred)
- Scripting and Automation skills: 4 years (Preferred)
- Infrstructure: 3 years (Preferred)
