We are currently seeking an Entry Level Remote Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and helping them plan and book their dream vacations. This is a remote position, which means you can work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Build rapport with clients and provide personalized travel recommendations based on their preferences and budget
- Research travel options and pricing using various booking platforms
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related activities for clients
- Process payments and issue travel documents
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and overall business success
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with travel regulations and popular destinations
