A Customer Replenishment Analyst is responsible for replenishment of Weyerhaeuser product into Customer’s facility(s) and for managing all aspects of the company’s key accounts order flow and inventory - BDC (Bulk distribution center to store shelf level). Focus is on maximizing in-stocks while reducing cycle time and total system inventory; Externally focused the Customer Replenishment Analyst is the first point of contact for our customers supply chain organizations and are the resident expert in that customer's supply chain methods and technologies. Makes data-based decisions by gaining a deep understanding of the customers data trends and sales plans which they leverage to adjust inventory and order strategy accordingly.

This position will be based at Seattle, WA HQ or Hot Springs, AR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily monitor orders, deliveries and customer in-stock data
  • Weekly analysis of company performance to support the account’s Net Sales target and customer POS and associated internal/external reporting, while balancing inventory to support customer KPI goals.
  • Utilize Customer Sales analytical software and corresponding Weyerhaeuser tools as primary source for analytics for Replenishment activities. Access and analyze customer inventory by SKU and increase or decrease inventory levels based on sales forecasts. Review for sales, weather trends, product availability, and other sales variables to develop and adjust replenishment strategy.
  • Weekly tracking and assessment of internal/external data: Scorecard and POS tracking, inventory on hand, customer order pattern and forecast accuracy, logistical data and supply chain analysis. Requires a full understanding of both internal and external processes, organizational structure and metrics.
  • Build and manage multi-level relationships with internal and external customers as the single point of contact for customer supply chain issues. Travel to customer locations for periodic meetings and audits
  • Forecasting& Reporting – Contribute to sales forecast, gaining input from the total team.
  • Participate in meetings and/or support account management by providing replenishment related information and reports (internal and customer meetings).
Qualifications
  • BS/BA with an emphasis in business or other related and 1-2 years in a similar customer facing role for a company in the Wood Products Industry OR minimum of 5 years’ experience in related job.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, including data manipulation and interpretation using Excel, Access and analytical systems. Preferred experience 3rd party sales analytics software like Supplier Analytics and experience with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
  • Proactive and creative problem solving, particularly in areas of order tracking, replenishment, and inventory management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to provide actionable insights and resolve issues, with a demonstrated passion for teamwork
  • Customer-focused; ability to balance internal/external customer goals
  • Results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to travel periodically to meet with key accounts and internal sales offices/manufacturing facilities, (10%- 20% travel)

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $59,738.00 to $89,540.00 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
