Bessemer Trust is seeking a Reproduction Technician to join its Office Services team. The Reproduction Technician’s primary responsibilities include producing client and marketing presentation material with a high-level of customer service in Bessemer’s New York City office. Success in this role requires the ability to handle sensitive and confidential material, and exhibit exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and timely execution of responsibilities is required. Hours for this position will be 9:30am-6:30pm EST.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operating Canon highspeed copiers, electric punchers and binding equipment
• Maintaining inventory, stocking, ordering supplies, toner, paper and stationery
• Delivering and/or retrieving print jobs in a timely manner
• Distributing paper and re-filling machines at multiple print stations
• Checking machines for error codes and replacing toner cartridges
• Escorting service vendors to relevant work areas
• Troubleshooting, documenting and placing service calls
• Responding to and assisting with ad hoc office services requests
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 3 years reproduction/copy center experience with a highly professional organization, law firm or financial services firm, a plus
• Knowledge of Canon Fiery System, helpful
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Proven ability to work well in and contribute to a team environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift, push, carry and move items or equipment weighing up to 50lbs
• Flexibility to work overtime upon request

The base salary range for this position is $45,000-$60,000. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.

In addition, this position may be eligible for a discretionary incentive based bonus based on individual and company performance.
