Conducts administrative review of protocols using Cayuse to complete checklists for required elements. Ensures protocol compliance with federal and state regulations, communicates revisions to be made by the principal investigator, maintains documentation for audit purposes. Appropriately assigns IRB and IACUC protocols for review in Cayuse. Makes determinations of whether or not proposed research requires Board review

Duties & Responsibilities
Works with academic research faculty, staff and students and administrative departments regarding matters of research compliance to ensure compliance with applicable research regulations

Duties & Responsibilities
Reviews Financial Conflict of Interest submissions in Cayuse. Assists faculty with access and information about the program. Reviews Export Controls visa certifications in electronic system and reports outcomes to the Office of Legal Counsel

Duties & Responsibilities
Works with the Senior Associate Director on maintenance of research representations and certification. Assists in the development of policies and procedures for research compliance. Assists in develop of materials for web distribution

Duties & Responsibilities
Schedules IRB and IACUC Board meetings, creates agendas, invites guests, schedules rooms and refreshments, in Cayuse assigns pertinent documents to the members for their full committee review. Attends meetings, records minutes and votes. Reports outcomes to investigators
