Dreux Isaac & Associates is a 30+ year old Florida based firm that specializes in providing reserve studies and other services for some of the most exclusive and well-known resorts and communities in Florida, as well as the Bahamas, and various destination locations throughout the United States.
We are growing and looking to hire, mentor, and train a few new reserve analyst associates in South Florida (Miami and Ft. Myers). Regardless of your engineering or architectural background, we will provide you will the training and support necessary to become an expert in the field of reserve studies.
The Position:
As a trained reserve analyst your work life would include meeting with clients, conducting a reserve study inspection of their community property, reviewing plans, talking with vendors, and preparing a reserve study report of your findings and recommendations.
The Benefits:
- Starting salary range of $66,000 to $72,000.
- Bonus program.

The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
- Valid driver's license and your own vehicle.
- Willing to travel throughout Florida with occasional overnight trips.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to read construction drawings and perform takeoffs.
The Responsibilities:
- Conduct reserve studies for common interest developments (condos, hoas, golf & country clubs, etc.)
- Analyze and recommend funding options for long-term maintenance and capital expenditures.
- Assess physical and financial conditions of properties.
- Prepare and present reports to clients.
