Resident Service Coordinator Job at Peabody Properties, Inc.
Clark House, a mixed-income community located in Amherst, MA is seeking a part-time (16-hour) Resident Service Coordinator to serve as part of their on-site Management Team. Clark House offers affordable one, two and three bedroom apartment homes, located in a very convenient downtown location with plentiful community amenities such as a large community room and library.
The Clark House Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) connects residents with community resources, provides tenancy stabilization services, and coordinates on-site enrichment and wellness programs.
Experience in elder services, case management, program coordination, or other human services is a plus. Flexible 16-hour part-time schedule. 4-year-degree is required.
- B.A. in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services is preferable; a four-year college degree is fully acceptable.
- 2-3 years experience in social services delivery with elders, families, and/or persons with disabilities, and proven ability to provide results through a concrete problem-solving approach to issues.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of area supportive services and other community resources.
- Strong communication, organizational, writing, and computer skills.
