We are currently seeking experienced Residential Handymen to add to our residential maintenance team. The successful candidate will have strong time management skills, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in property remodeling. The selected candidate will have a unique opportunity to be in a stable start up environment that provides ample amounts of upward growth in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work related to property turns including carpentry, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas in need of repair or improvements.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 plus years of experience in residential property maintenance.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of flooring, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other residential systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priority work orders.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
