Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the utmost guest satisfaction
• Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff members
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow while demonstrating a sense of urgency
• Pay meticulous attention to details, including lighting, sounds, temperature, music, guest attendance, and staff awareness
• Uphold Night Owl's standards for exceptional service and quality
• Cultivate a positive work environment, promoting inclusivity and value among both guests and staff
• Ensure a clean and well-maintained establishment with fully operational equipment and necessary tools for staff to excel
