The Heritage Restaurant, located at the highly rated Willow Brook Christian Home of Worthington/Columbus, is seeking a full-time or part-time restaurant servers. Candidates must have a deep appreciation for senior adults, and a helpful attitude.

Serving offers a great opportunity at a second career with a steady, consistent schedule and work that is truly rewarding. Current openings are listed below:

• Full-timr or Part-time, weekdays only, 6:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (with occasional weekends if interested)
• Part-time, evenings and rotating weekends

A typical day includes dining room prep, breakfast service (about an hour), clean up and straightening up the restaurant, lunch break, cart prep, lunch service (about an hour), and dining room clean-up.

Our restaurant stands apart in that customers are not just regulars, but rather long-term residents that staff are able to develop authentic relationships with. This setting features a quaint, freshly updated setting serving no more than one or two dozen residents total, while working alongside fellow servers. Additionally, there are no late nights required, leaving much of the day for employee’s personal pursuits.
