The Role

The Boutique Keyholder will manage the operation of the Mud Australia Nolita Store. The keyholder is responsible for providing leadership to the retail team in-store, for retail sales performance, and for maximizing retail profitability while maintaining the highest levels of customer service and operational performance. Working closely with the Global Retail Manager of Mud Australia, the Boutique Manager will also be responsible for upholding the high values of Mud Australia.

The Boutique Keyholder will work closely with trade clients in the design and hospitality industries and develop relationships in this market. In addition to responsibility for domestic and Canadian retail sales, the Manager will work closely with the Mud Australia team to develop, document, and implement operating policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience. They will be the voice of Mud Australia in the USA and will effectively represent the brand in this manner.

The Individual will be motivated with an interest in design and all things creative, well presented, professional, and engaging. The ability to work collaboratively and respectfully is essential in joining the Mud team.

The Keyholder's performance will be assessed and rewarded by measuring the achievement of sales, customer service, wages, shrinkage, and staff development.
