Ohana Pool and Spa, a local family-owned business; based on the island of Maui is looking to expand our 'ohana and hire an additional Retail Associate for our Retail Store/Delivery Person on the Lahaina side of the island.
Day-to-Day of the Position:
The day-to-day work for this position includes making deliveries to Kahului, Kihei, Wailuku, and Lahaina customers, stocking and taking inventory of products and assisting customers with their questions, and loading their vehicles with products. This also includes cleaning the store at the end of the day.
This position requires the following skills and qualifications:
1+ Year(s) of Retail Store or Warehouse Experience (preferred but not required)- Clean Driving record (with an abstract to prove)
- Advanced Customer Service Skills
- Basic Math
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Stocking shelves and understanding inventory
- The ability to use a cash register and/or POS (Point-of-Sale)
- Able to carry 50+ lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to learn quickly and in a fast-paced position
