Retail Customer Service Experience Coordinator (Management) Job at Missouri Organic Recycling, Inc.
We seek the right team member to lead and develop Missouri Organic Recycling's retail experience. MOR needs a strong Manager/leader who is not afraid to hire, fire, and train on-site associates. They need to help develop and add products, stage sites, implement and track SOP’s and look for ways to increase and track sales at five locations across Kansas City, Missouri. These locations are prime, each seeing hundreds of weekly customers for our landscape products and yard waste drop-off.
Qualifications:
- Great Leadership and Managerial skills. This is a Must! Needs to have hired, managed, scheduled, completed reviews, reprimanded and fired for a team of more then 10 people in a past roll.
- Previous retail sales management, product implementation, pricing, staging experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Previous Garden Center or landscape product sales experience preferred but not mandatory
- Previous Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred, not mandatory.
- Detail Oriented
- Self-starting and self-motivating
- Ability to work on larger projects with specific goals achieved
- Ability to drive a company or personal vehicle to and between job sites is a must.
- Availability for up to 6 days a week, with Saturdays being required. No Sundays.
