About This Position

At Miller Paint, we want you to exceed our customers’ expectations in our stores by providing extraordinary service in the areas of paint and product knowledge, project support, color suggestions, and over-the-top friendly service.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Accurately mixing paint orders
• Processing sales transactions correctly
• Stocking and organizing product
• Assisting with color and product selection for customers

Most shifts are between the hours of 7am-6pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays 8am-4pm. Our stores are closed on Sundays.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to distinguish the differences between colors.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a delivery, retail sales or customer service position.
• Interest in home improvement, color & design, local manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
