Cocoa Dolce Chocolates is a locally owned and operated business based out of Wichita specializing in artisan chocolates, delicious pastries, coffees and select alcohol offerings in a cafe lounge setting. Cocoa Dolce is looking for a personable, driven, and reliable individual to manage our team of 15+ employees at our New Market Square retail location located on N. Maize Road.

You will work closely with our Retail Operations Manager to ensure staffing expectations are being met, excellent customer service is being implemented and delicious product is being served. Base pay begins at $18.00 and increases based on experience. The opportunity for an additional $375+/month is available upon meeting monthly goals.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

· Responsible for the successful operation of the assigned retail store

· Manages, coaches and assists staff to meet company objectives

· Follows daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals and labor goals for retail location to

· Engages with customers with transactions; informs and suggests products

· Maintains employee management in hiring, offer letters, wage setting, expectations, scheduling, training, discipline and overall communication and correspondence with company initiatives

· Communicates to staff pertinent information regarding store involvement, promotions, changes in systems or principles

· Implements general policies established by the owners and senior management team

· Ensures Health Code and Cocoa Dolce standards, procedures and systems are in place and being followed

· Monitors inventory levels to ensure store are adequately stocked at all times

· Analyzes sales reports as well as labor reports to brainstorm ways to increase sales and maintain labor while still ensuring excellent customer service

· Establishes, maintains and promotes corporate culture and store branding requirements

· Oversees customer interactions, inquiries, issues; follows up and promotes customer service

· Manages the cleanliness of assigned location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
