As a Retention Specialist, you will help retain our Medicare and Life Insurance members, resolving inquiries and supporting our book of business with excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.

What will you be responsible for?
- Making outbound calls to new members to welcome them and ensure they have the product they were expecting.
- Contacting members when policy issues arise post sale that could lead to a lapse in coverage and working with the member to ensure the lapse does not occur.
- Processing policy corrections as needed
- Servicing existing clients’ policies
- Data tracking of all Retention and policy management activity
- Track trends to ensure proper feedback is provided to the sales team
- Follow up with clients at renewal to ensure client retention
Requirements
- A personal interest in our mission and your own health consciousness, whatever that means to you, just be passionate about it!
- Call center experience, especially working with the senior market
- A passion for helping individuals resolve issues
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service experience
- Retention experience Preferred
- Ability to excel in a fast-pace environment
- Attention to detail

- An ownership mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
